I have not received my order. What should i do?
We choose a trackable service for your order but then sometimes, some where along the journey, product delivery can be delayed or go missing. In rare occasion if your order has not arrived in the estimated delivery time, please get in touch with us at email@example.com or chat with us online.
Can i cancel my order?
We try to process your order as soon as possible when receiving it. So once the order has been processed by our manufacturer, it is always not possible to cancel it. If you are lucky enough to cancel it in time, we will process you a refund.
I am not getting what i have ordered or it is the wrong product. What can i do?
If you have ordered more than one product, it’s very likely that they will arrive separately if they were shipped from a different manufacturer. You should receive tracking for each parcel as they are dispatched. So please check the tracking on your missing item.
