This means that your order is shipped from global areas such as China & the USA. Our suppliers typically ship items within one to three days.
Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 2-5 weeks to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it’s on its way.
We offer international shipping options too – no matter where you are, you can buy from us!
If more than 45 days have passed please email us at contact@gooddoggi.com to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.
